From production to installation of paper, everything is made to order.
The work includes designing, producing, installing and maintenance of
the paper and lighting fixtures.

| The Order Process |
| 1. |
An architect or a designer will submit a drawing and an image of
the space.
Discussions on the client's request will be followed. |

| 2. |
Within a week, an estimate will be sent to a client. |
| |
| |
| 3. |
In about two weeks, a presentation to an architect or a designer
will be made by ERIKO HORIKI & ASSOCIATES.
Drawings of Japanese Paper, a basic concept, an installation planning,
lighting ideas and a sample of paper will be provided in this presentation. |

| 4. |
During the following two weeks, based on the presentation, several
meetings with a construction company will be held to discuss necessary
changes in the original design, installation planning and lighting
ideas, if there is any. |

| 5. |
Production of paper will take about one month for 2700x2100mm and
about two months for 10000x3000mm. |
| |
| |
| 6. |
Special Coating such as acrylic coating, glass coating, flame retardant
finishing and glass sealing will be processed depending on the original
design. |

Maintenance (a contract based on "once a year maintenance"
